The working environment is everything we have around us at work – work tools and machines as well as air, sound and light. But also, how our work is organized and how we enjoy being at work. At BS Elcontrol, we constantly work to offer a really good workplace for everyone. To ensure this, we make regular work environment rounds.
As an employee you are invited to breakfast every day, which is a nice opportunity to get acquainted with your colleagues in peace and quiet. In addition, we organize joint activities, where we for example go traveling together. BS Elcontrol also works for a good health and has been a Health Diploma since 2004, where we subsidize the costs of physical training and massage and regularly invite lecturers with health focus.
